2/2005 - Started No-gi BJJ under Jeff Clark, Roy Harris BJJ Black Belt
12/2004 - First bullshido throwdown, lost 4 fights by submission.

Traditional base:
  • Shuhado shudokan, traditional Okinawan karate 1.5 years, achieved brown belt rank before the master retired
  • Did some TKD for 6 months ten years ago

I guess I do Ashtanga... I have only been to a handful of formal classes and mostly just do it on my own. I'm sure I'm nowhere near as serious
about it as you.  I mostly just run through sun salutations and the
like.  I find it an excelent  compliment to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in
terms of developing breath, flexibility and joint strength.
